#TBT – Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp 4* – Limpopo Province

Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp (“Place of the Giant Eagle Owl”), situated in the Mabula Private Game Reserve offers spectacular golden plains, breath-taking sunsets and Big 5 game viewing. Discreetly tucked away in the tree line on the edge of the magnificent Mvubu plain, Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp pampers its guests in five luxury canvas tents, where romantic oil lamps and home prepared meals served in the thatched Lapa add to this unique ‘Out of Africa’ experience.

Five luxurious en-suite tents, raised on timber platforms are situated on a tree line overlooking the Mvubu plain. The tents are well spaced out, maximizing privacy for our guests. The charming tents’ interiors have been designed to offer a comfortable safari stay, with fabrics following the lines of the strong hues of rich African colour. The bathrooms boast a large stone bath and deluxe shower rose. Each tent enjoys a private deck overlooking an open plain allowing superb game viewing.
